I have never used any before, but I have a rental property (first one) that I need to have the exterior painted. I figure 2 guys (plus me) can knock out the 1400 sq ft house in a weekend (including primer).

Is the Home Depot on 105 a good spot, or have they been driven away to some other spot?

I was also going to pay $100/day per guy for the weekend.

It's been several years since I've lived in Conroe. But when I did, all the day laborers always stood along SH 75 (Frazier Street) south of SH 105.

$100 a day may or may not get you a good guy for the entire day. Be prepared to bargain bc they will with you. Going to have to spend $120 or $140 for the best guys

Take 75 south from 105. Turn left on avenue G, theres a small building the city runs, that all the laborers are at. Tell them how many guys you need and for what, boom. Get there early

Rent an electric airless paint sprayer. My neighbor did a house that size in two hours. No "day laborers" needed. I would power wash the house before painting.
