Think I have settled on wide plank laminate floors for 15 year old house. Can anyone give me their pros and cons from personal experiences with recent laminate floor installs. Such things as satisfaction, wear, problems, maintenance. Thanks

I wouldn't even consider laminate with the availability of luxury vinyl plank. Same look, better durability, and waterproof.

Coretec. Dont consider anything else.

We have it in our kitchen and laundry. Does not expand, moisture dosent bother it, cork-backed.

We did laminate in our new house to save money.

Cheap is what it is. I have already decided to tile the kitchen and change all the other floors once the crumb crunchers are older and easier on floors.

Don't do laminate unless you have to.
