My wife and I recently bought some property outside of Bellville and are in the early stages of coming up w/ a floor plan.
However, I would like to start talking to some custom home builders in the area and appreciate any suggestions/leads.
I would prefer to do business w/ an Aggie home builder if possible.

My father in law builds in that area. He is class of ??? 73?

He does homes from 150K up. He's done several multi-million dollar home.

Minarcik Construction is the name. They are based in La Grange.

I can tell you hands down that Ryan Reichardt of Reichardt Const. He has build many homes in the area. He can be reached at 979-732-6259. He is the best and an aggie.
