This is cross posted on the Houston board but I am looking to possibly do some home improvement on our place in Midtown. Would like to put in some granite countertops and paint our kitchen cabinets white as well as rip up the carpets and put in some type of hardwood throughout the house. Anyone have any contractor recommendations?

I can't speak for their flooring prices and service because I never got that far with them, but as far as their other remodeling services, their pricing was super high. I never even called them back after getting their quote.
