Looking to have someone do a silicone seal around our house where the stone meets the roof line to minimize the number of mud dobbers going in and out between the outside and the sealed spray foam inside. Does anyone know of someone who would perform this type of service locally? Also, what in your expert opinions might one be charged for it? TIA!

I would do the job myself, but my roof line is higher than my ladder goes, plus, I'm not really handy, and I would prefer to have a professional do it so I don't have to have them do it after I messed it up. I live in CS, thanks for asking DUBI!

I have noticed the same thing at my house and have been wondering if you can use a sealant there. I could see the argument that it helps with air flow into the attic if you leave it unsealed.

That's what my builder said too, but walking outside and getting dive bombed by red wasps occasionally isn't fun either. RP Lee just came out and sprayed the cracks for me, so anything trying to enter now will die! HAHAHA!!!
