The powertochoose site only allows me to compare rates > 1000kWh. But when I see the facts label, their enormous fee for using less than 1000kWh makes the comparison useless. Is there a way to get a true comparison for people using <1000kWh a month?

Last year when I was trying to make the same decision, I simply made a spreadsheet on Excel to compare the different rates. A little time consuming but it worked.
