cord concealment on brick

I am trying to conceal HDMI, TV cord and A/V - red yellow white cables on patio from a TV that is hung in corner to the wall outlet which is down low. What would easily mount to brick to give a clean look?

If the TV is in the corner, I think I'd run the cables right smack in the corner and cover them with a piece of trim.

I just need to paint to match brick as close as I can.

I installed an electrical outlet on my patio and used surface mount conduit on brick. Color matched the brick and it looks good.
