I got all new track, springs and doors today. Installation took a few hours and was cash only, but I think I came out alright for $600. White, aluminum doors - Windsor Republic Model 730 with weatherstrips. Price included haul-away of the old ones.

Old doors were rotted out and my "DIY" repairs didn't help much. You can see of the rot in the bottom left of the left door (this pic is 2 years old too!):

Something I haven't done in 2 years. I'm actually able to open BOTH of my garage doors. This pretty much the whole deal worth it:

I've never seen a garage door with a spring set up like that. Is there a pulley mounted on the header that ties to cables attached to the bottom of the doors?

The doors I got are basic aluminum with handles, locks, all new track and cables/springs. He has a few color options (mine are white). $300/door installed with haul-away of the old ones. Available Saturdays.

I'll add them on later. That's an easy DIY project.
