my inlaws just built a steel building and inside of it, built a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom...they lived in it almost two years while they worked their land and then finally built the home.
Now, they use that kitchen to process deer meat and make sausage. When the kids were smaller the grandsons got to sleep out in then "bunk house"! The difference is their building has no door to the outside, you enter and exit through the steel building and not the kitchen.
They did make the internal roof strong enough to support stored items above the bedroom and kitchen. Now it is the garage for the car and truck, tractor, mower, air compressor. Also one side has a pulley set up over a drain in the floor specifically built for hoisting a deer and cleaning it before processing.
