How long do you want to ignore this user?
having issues with Old Republic. Completely different story. Anyway, trying to get access to a leak and they say they don't cover access or repair to except for an unobstructed wall. They don't explicitly describe what an unobstructed wall is, but say it is nothing other than stucco or drywall. Just curious if anyone has a real definition of that.

We can discuss the crappy home warranty elsewhere.

I would guess they mean nothing additional added to the original wall...no tile or wainscoting, no mirror tiles(oh man does that date me or what?)
