Just looking for opinions on which course is least crapy....and save some $$$.

The first tee partner courses are the same as YOC for the most part...other than Gus Wortham which has no tee times available anyhow.

Two great organizations. I did one of the YOC 100 hole hikes a few years ago and had a blast.

I've only played Eagle Pointe on that list but really enjoyed it. This was a few years ago but the conditions were great and the course was much better than I expected going into it.

Eagle Point is a great course normally.

Complete mess right now and for the next year or so as they're ripping up 4 holes or such at a time as part of a renovation for failing greens. Last tournament you had to play several par 3 course holes instead of the holes under construction.

My kid is also YOC. We haven't played any if them because were pretty central to Houston and none of the discounted courses are anywhere close.

Other cities seem to have a larger selection of decent courses for some reason.

Any eta on when they'll be done, always wanted to try that course but it's an an hour and a half away.
