I've had that fixed with dry needling and strengthening exercises for the affected area. Dry needling was the key in my opinion though.jonj101 said:
Does anyone do anything for tennis elbow (pain on the outside area of the elbow)?

My son and I follow this routine plus we do
1) Bench Press
2) Chins (Rory does lots of these)
3) Cable rotations on cable pull machine
We also do Stack Speed training

We've used stack...it works to get your speed up for sure. My only caution would be to watch your actual swing and keep your spine angles etc. It's really easy to lose some of the fundamentals of your swing if you only do stack. I would couple with a lot of glute work. That is where I saw my biggest distance gains.
