I'm incredibly entrepreneurial, however, I just turned 70, successfully retired, and my wife has FORBIDDEN me to spend significant time building another venture… She'd rather travel and play golf…

Exciting! But I have to ask…You're at PGA HQ and there's no one there to help?

You would think they would be all over it…

However, PGA Club Pros aren't really all that entrepreneurial and, frankly, don't possess a ton of the "get down and dirty" work ethic required to build something from scratch…

There are exceptions, but that's what I've found so far… Great folks… Just not entrepreneurial…

They also get "boxed in" having to deal with the big mfgs, so they tend to look down their nose at "Little Ol' Mark in his garage" type ventures (no matter how innovative the idea is)…

If Callaway, TaylorMade, or Titleist pitched it, they'd be all ears…

It probably wouldn't surprise you that there is just a wee bit of "snobbery" with the Country Club Set, now would it…
