While clearly a parody, I could see NY and CA legislators reading it and thinking it is a great idea. Aggiedruggist is who they are targeting.

Clinton did a luxury tax that applied to boats. Stick it to those rich guys who buy boats. All it did was hurt the boating industry.

The luxury tax on watches, expensive furs, boats, yachts, private jet planes, jewelry and expensive cars was signed by George H W Bush into law November 1991. Two years later in August of 1993 it was eliminated by Bill Clinton and Congress.

We done with politics yet and can we get back to golf over here?
