Anyone have a recommendation for lessons in the Clear Lake area? When I am in form, I am in the mid 80's. Last round out I shot 90. Never had a lesson before. I am going to request this for Fathers Day this year. I have plenty of pocket knives, frames and ties. I am not a member at any club. Not sure if that matters though.

GolfTec gets a lot of hate but I think their teaching system is great for beginners and average golfers. Have your family pay for your 60 minute swing evaluation and see if you like their system. Although GolfTec is pricey when you buy the lesson credits. It's about $80 for a 30min lesson.

I've used Golftec for along time with success. A lot of guys don't like in door lessons though. Check out Timber Creek down in that area. There used to be a guy named Gary (can't remember last name) that was good.
