Anyone have any advice n playing in July? Not a member or resident? Is it possible. Played Diamant in 2010, may have a different name now and the Norman/Nicklaus 18 holes a few Years ago, , Puertos los Cabo and both were great.

If you sit through the timeshare presentation I'm sure they'll let you play. We stayed at Pueblo Bonito and I played last May and it's one of the more fun rounds I've played. It's pretty exposed so the wind will have a big say in how you score.

For me to sit through a timeshare presentation, it would have to be for Augusta National.

I'm playing there mid July. Curious how windy it typically is for an 8am tee time.

Stay at any of Pueblo Bonita's properties and you can play. Their properties are great and that course is worth every damn penny. I try to go once a year now.

Such an amazing course. Like others have said if they're still letting you ply via the timeshare presentation it's well worth it. That's how I played it

Played last October and it was great. However we stayed at the Pueblo Bonito resort right next door. Definitely a course I will play every time I visit Cabo. Here are a few of the many pictures I took.

Thanks and Gig'em!

That drive up to hole #5 is insane!

Yes it is. Would love for the bar/rest station right before the tee box to be my backyard. Amazing views.

This. Great course, great service and the comfort stations make for a great round. Three pieces of advice: (1) take your own clubs, the rentals suck (2) plan on a longer than usual round with the great views and the comfort stations (3) watch out for snakes on the long drive up to #5

I don't mean to hijack the thread but where are other recommendations to play other than Diamant, Rancho San Lucas, or Quivara? I'm going next month and will be able to get away for a round or two. TIA. Quivara won't work this time and I have played the others.

You can actually play Quivira without the presentation - ask your hotel. Thought the layout was trumped up but the views are incredible. I play Cabo del Sol every time I'm down - never disappoints except the 70 yr marshals from Arizona are all tools.

Cabo del Sol Ocean course

It looks like the Ocean course now called "Cove Club Course" is private. The other courses "offered" to us through our group trip is Cabo Del Sol Desert Course along with Palmilla, Cabo Real, and Puerto Los Cabos.

Cabo Real is a pretty fun track that wasn't priced astronomically when I was there almost 2 years ago

Played Puerto Los Cabos in November. Really enjoyed the course (it has 27 holes) and you pay an extra $20 at check in for access to the comfort stations. Unlimited food, beer, etc.

I definitely got my money's worth!

I'd do Puerto Los Cabos. Wasn't sure if that course was limited to guests of the resort, but it's a cool course as well. There's really cool downhill par 3 that you're hitting into from the side of a mountain.

I'd agree with Puerto Los Cabos… but that's been my only Cabo golf experience. I was impressed.
