Surgery recovery times seems to be the topic of the day. Anyone else had scaphoid-lunate ligament reconstruction surgery? If so, which wrist, and how long before you could start practicing again?

Rehab Director input coming.....

Gonna be a bit. Did you have 4 corner fusion or just ligament repair?

Take the rehab seriously. The lunate has poor blood supply and necrosis risk is high. Going to be 12-14 weeks at best, likely 16 weeks

My SLL has a complete tear, confirmed by MRI. Fortunately, no fusion required. I will be getting a 3 point ligament reconstruction using this technique.

Doctor says it should take about a year to fully recover back to full golf swing. (He didn't seen my swing before the injury, LOL.)
