anyone ever played in it? curious about it, how it is, which course it is on, etc

Asking for a couple guys I know.

Played in most of these over the last year. Unless specifically stated it is on cypress course. For a while they were doing staggered start times but it seems they are back to 2-3 team shotgun per hole.

We really enjoy playing in them, not full blown cheating usually and you get a few drinks and a decent meal. Also have won a few of the raffles as well. Only downside is it's a 6+ he round, which I just don't have the patience for anymore

I don't know about the cheating stuff the winning team from the Disasters tourney shot a "51"

Most of the ones we played in the winner was around 53-55. There are some good teams out there and most of not all the par 5s are reachable in 2, especially with the tiger drive that they do

Can confirm. A lot of waiting, especially as the round goes on. Otherwise, pretty well run. Solid raffle prizes which keep those of us whose teams aren't going sub-60 in the mix.

I thought they nailed it with the few months of having assigned tee times and starting everyone off of 1.
