D/FW Driving ranges or courses with unlimited range balls?

Whitestone in Benbrook (SW Fort Worth) has a couple of nice practice greens and a driving range with unlimited balls that is included in their green fees or $15 if you just want to use the range. It is by far best place I've found to practice this off season, but it is a bit out of the way and to my knowledge no other course/driving range has the same kind of policy (outside of country clubs and memberships). Anybody know of something similar in D/FW?

Don't know of any ranges with unlimited balls, but I can't imagine wanting to hit more balls than come in a large bucket at places like Luna Vista or Keeton Park. I think the large is around $12 at both. I normally get a medium.

Not saying those are the nicest ranges, but they aren't bad. I'm not sure where you are. If you are in FW, then you wouldn't want to drive all the way to Dallas.

Texas Star. $15 or $20.

If you go to Whitestone, then Leonards isn't that far away. They are by far the best driving range in Tarrant county followed by Texas Golf Academy or whatever is right next to Waterchase.

I use the practice facility at Courses at Watters Creek in Allen. $50/month to get unlimited access to the driving range, putting area, chipping area, and a 6-hole <100 yard little course.

I live just south of Sherrill Park which is where I typically play and practice, Their range is fine and they have multiple practice greens including a large one for chipping and bunker practice. But, I agree with mavsfan4ever in that most courses large buckets give you plenty of golf balls for a practice session.

Golf Center of Arlington has a cool setup. Not unlimited but a large bucket is like $30. They have trackman technology

I went to Texas Star, and yes, 15 bucks for all the balls you want, only downside is they only give them to you 1 small bag at a time. I'll check out the others, thanks for the suggestions

Ridgeview Ranch when I lived there had a nice range membership deal. Very good value.

Poor Ridgeview Ranch has gone down hill. Last time i played it their greens were toast. So sad because it used to always be in good shape. Really liked that track.

RE: Texas Star - sometimes starter has the balls, sometimes balls are just in the range barrels

That's a shame, that course is great.

I enjoy playing Sherrill Park but their range is poor IMO. It's small and gets a lot of play due to high schoolers and two courses. Practice green is good. But Pecan Hollow has the best muni range, green and chipping area hands down.

Agree that Pecan Hollow is a great place to practice. I love using their pitch n putt area after hitting on the range.
