Tradition is a beauty. The only remotely sketchy areas are back by Spring Creek where they had to re-sod 15 fairway and the green surround on the par 3 14th.
The flood demolished the alternate "left" tees on the Par 3 14th, so it will always be the right tees now. I'm not sure if the water ripped the steep bank down to the waste area on the right, or if they just softenened the hole, but it's dramatically different.
As to the original question though... the Cypress Course... I'm curious to hear what kind of shape it's in. Selfishly, I couldn't wait for it to open because Tradition is too tough for a lot of folks which made for a couple of slow rounds out there. It'll help to have the Cypress Course as an easier and cheaper alternative for the hacks.
