its a better than average par 3 course. nothing to get too excited over.......I'd get more excited if I heard Sutton will invest in The Falls and get that course going again

About a month ago he was out at Houston Oaks taking a test drive on the new course. He and Case Keenum were sitting at the bar in the locker room but I don't think they were together.

The Golf Channel piece on BER and Sutton was very interesting.

I have heard rumblings of a few different potential investors. Nothing about Sutton. Have you heard his name mentioned?

It's a fun set up out there, the ranch itself is over the top and the hunting and fishing look great. Course is fun, layout is beautiful; it's a par 3 so it is what it is.

Bump.... got to play the course again this past week and was impressed. The other time I was out there they didn't have the golf academy built. Everything is over the top inside the building and some neat trophy and memorabilia from Hal. Course was in excellent shape like always. Always a great time and very lucky to get a chance to play their considering I'm a lol poor.
