I actually went and took a look at that lot. I was really thinking about it and considering how it would affect my commute.

Jones is in Preston, just as Oaklawn turns into Preston. There are 5-6 houses right there that are a who's who of Dallas.

Hicks just sold his $100MM Preston hollow estate to Andy Beal.

What are their ties to Dallas? I guess when you're that rich you can have huge houses wherever you want. Dallas seems like an odd place to set up shop if you have enough money to set up wherever you want.

No that's not it because his other house in Preston Hollow was listed under his name.

DCAD lists the owner of his new home shown in the OP as "Creeks of Preston Hollow".

Address is 10703 Bridge Hollow

That's what I thought but the owner for the previous years is listed as "Creeks of Preston Hollow" not Hunter Mahan.

That's a pretty nice workout room for guy who physically looks like a mudslide (Mahan, not Spieth). Did they list the gym equipment as "gently used"?

Mahan has gotten pretty jacked lately, or at least toned in my opinion. I haven't seen him this year but I seem to remember thinking he had been lifting a lot last year. I remember thinking that may have been why he didn't play as well.
