I might be going out to Burnet to play the 9 out at inks lake state park. Has anyone played and/or know about the course, fees, etc?

I believe the nine hole golf course at Ink Lakes State Park is closed.

It was fun and quite serviceable in its day.

I suggest you come and try Delaware Springs Municipal GC in Burnet instead.

It's a full 18 holes and is very nice and quite reasonable.

I was a member at Inks Lake decades ago, but I haven't driven over there in ten years.

And I'm a member at Delaware Springs now.

Gig 'em, FAST FRED '65.

Before the world wide web, village idiots usually stayed in their own village.

Thanks Fred! Bummer about that course being closed. I really wanted to find a casual 9-hole course to take my seven year old son just to ride along. I'll keep looking around the Cedar Park area.
I actually have played Deleware a few times and enjoyed it. It has been a while so maybe I can get back out there soon.
Thanks again !

Not really cedar park, but if you felt like coming into Austin, Hancock municipal is a nice 9-hole.
