I currently have a Ping Anser Isopur insert putter. I bought it with winnings 10 or so years ago. Putted pretty well with it, but now have a tendency to pull my puts.

I have been really looking at center shafted putters as they help with the pull. Makes sense as with the toe balance in a "heel" shafted putter with a straight back and through stroke the toe weight would inspire a left of the hole shot.

I like the look, but have not got to feel, the Yes! Hannah with c-groves.

Anyone here have experience with the center shaft putters as opposed to the heel shafted? Also, input on the C-groves on the Yes! putters would be appreciated.

I recently bought a center shaft Rife Barbados and I definitely think it's worth considering. I hear people complain a little about the relatively small sweet spot on Yes! putters.

This is the first center shaft putter that I've owned and I really feel comfortable with it. I think that's as much due to the lack of offset as it is to the center shaft itself.

if you like Ping...I use a i-series 1/2 crazy (straight shaft like what Craberra used)

I also have a crazy (bent shaft) and rotate

one of my "philosophys" with putting for non-PGA players is when you get bored looking down at the same putter...change and it will cause you to pay attention again

I've got one and I love it. The ball just seems to roll off of the face instead of jumping or hopping off. Edit: Marilyn version

I have a center shafted Natalie model. Currently not using it but have made lots of putts with it in the past. I putt left hand low and have found center shafted models to be the best for me.

I'm a long-term Anser guy too and I just bought the Rife Antigua which at setup looks very similar. The milled grooves, though, make the ball come off the putter face rolling right away. It's amazing the difference it's made on 3-4 foot putts.

Heal shafted Rife Barbados.
Won the club championship. Set my course record. Both solely due to putting.

C grooves are nice but not as good as Rife. There is not a putter that the ball rolls better off the face.

Your club championship was a putting competition?

Well, based on the comments of the Rife Barbados, I did some research. Quite a bit of reading, and called EW and GS, and GS sounded like idiots in relation to the Rife and Yes. I called Rife and they were more than knowledgable and helpfull in explanations.

I ended up ordering the Rife Barbados Black Center Shaft.

Looking forward to trying it out. I put OK, not great with my current putter, the Ping Anser Isopur. I will not get much of a trial period before I have to play in the Victoria Wildgame tourney a few days after getting it, and a scramble tourney the next weekend. Both on completely different kinds of greens.

Here..we..go..
