Congratulations on your moral victory, which apparently consists of nothing more than the opinion of some clown named "Chris Wallace" who nobody has ever heard of.
I guess when you're t.u., preseason accolades is pretty much all you have to look forward to, since you are consistently exposed as underachievers as soon as the ball is teed up.
Sigh.
First, I'm not claiming any victory, moral or otherwise. If I were, I would say something like "Texas has X players on latest All-American list." In reality, I was just presenting the info in order to generate semi-objective discussion.
Secondly, Chris Wallace, whom you apparently are unfamiliar with, is an editor for rivals. This is not his opinion, but the collective opinion of all the rivals100 contributors.
Thirdly, your last statement is pretty humorous, since Texas accomplished more last season than A&M has in the past 65 years. We lost all of one ballgame to a team we were supposed to lose to... interesting definition of underachieving... almost perfectly meeting the preseason expectations. Other things besides preseason accolades that Texas fans look forward to: double-digit win totals, top 10 and top 5 finishes, BCS Bowl victories, etc.
