which of you regular sips are planning to make the trip to Columbus for the Buckeyes game? I'm headed up there in a week and will get directions and stuff for you. just post what you are into and what kind of stuff you want to do while you are there. also if you know where you are staying (airport or downtown) it will make it easier for me to get you directions.

Translation as follows: Are there any good gay bars around? I'd like to get cornholed by one of those fine Ohio boys.

bolton you probably want to go to Victory's in the brewery district. they have several bars there and it's within walking distance of where you are staying. also i will check out the bar scene in the arena district since it is closer. smart thing to to to get to the game is catch the bus to Lane Ave. or the campus in general. go west on Lane and when you get to the Schottenstein Center you will see where to go. the 'Shoe is on the left from Lane you will see it.

important things to know:

Columbus is set up on a grid system. High st. runs north-south through the center of the city and leads to Ohio State. 670 east leads to Port Columbus International. Morse Rd. on the north side, Broad and Main st run east-west. stay out of the bus lanes in downtown unless you aren't in a hurry to go anywhere. plan on hanging out for a while after the game cause you will be looking at around 150,000 people trying to leave the area at once. if you are into the club scene you have to go to the Red Zone. it is 1 block west of High St. on the south side of downtown.

most important thing to know:

DO NOT GET ON CLEVELAND OR LIVINGSTON AVE FOR ANY REASON UNLESS YOU DON'T VALUE YOUR LIFE.

don't get locked up cause Franklin County isn't a nice place to go (so i've heard)





i'll let you know more about the shopping and stuff like that for those who are taking the wifey or girlfriend.
