It shows the man has character and cares about his job. It also allows one to get a sense of the kind of family he has. It speaks of emotions many men are afraid to show and how a tough season took its toll on a man who is determined to win the right way.

In that same article he publicly stated that some of the players at A&M were players that he flat out did not want when he was a TCU. That's pretty crappy to say about your players.

I keep hearing comments about his character and principles, but where is this coming from.

Seriously. Do you have any examples.

He left Alabama. Normally no big deal, coaches move all the time. However the whole hold the rope and convincing players to stay for the team makes it look like he used the players and then left when things didn't look good for him. Then he didn't have the character to go back and face them and tell them in person.

Of course we heard the same thing about RC even after the student indiscretions.

McDumbass came home with the same deer in the headlights look on his face. The team had fallen to OU again, and McDumbass would not be winning the first title of his career that season.
