I heard, through the grapevine (parents of some players) Herman is very aloof toward the players. Examples
  • Doesn't remember player names
  • Doesn't say hello or acknowledge them if he happens to see them in a hallway or on campus

Wouldn't surprise me if that's part of the reason for the exodus.

I suspect that all of the mandated kissing & hugging is an attempt to make up for (address) his anti-social behavior.

That class was ranked #7 btw. These morons don't get the fact that if your program is run like a country club and you don't ever coach these guys up, a lot of them won't live up to their ranking. The t-shirt rubes around here don't want to believe it.

Come on now guys. He's actually quite accomplished in the field of scouting. He mostly scouts for heart shaped rocks and posts about it on social media. Basically the same thing as football talent evaluation.
