They are locked in to the LHN till 2030, I believe, and aren't going anywhere until that thing expires. Why they have a 1300+ page on realignment is beyond me?

And note that (led by Randolph Doofus) they start bringing up "restructuring" again.

They really and truly believe that the NCAA is going to obtain god-like power to bring all schools bacjk under one umbrella and then reorganize all conferences just so that sip can have a custom conference of their own with all their rivals (including us) back under their thumb and of course they are the only ones who get to keep their 3rd tier rights deal because of course!

Question: It has long been surmised that OU is tied to OSU insofar as any conference re-alignment. But is the converse true? Is OSU tied to OU? Or could OSU unilaterally go somewhere without OU?

Could OSU try to make a 100 year decision of their own for many of the same reasons?

At this point I would hope we don't bring in anyone from the B12. We don't need more schools who already compete for TX recruits. LSU & Arkansas might feel the same way.

East should be where we expand. Not BDF scraps.

What's funny is that OU actually brings something to the conference...albeit very little.

What could the sips bring? State of Texas into the SEC? Already have that. Sold out stadiums? Already have that.

OU can actually bring a new state into the SEC network footprint (like I sad, a small one), but it's still not enough...especially considering Pickens U is tied to them. Sips would literally bring nothing to the conference except headaches...
