He pays him a compliment by saying he is a notable Los Angeles denizen (#LA Boii).

He encourages Mr. Wallow to call Da Striker (?) about joining the Longhorns.

He informs Mr. Wallow that he is needed by the Horns (Needed in #ATX).

He copies Longhorn defensive back coach Chris Vaughn (@CoachVaughn)

He boasts about the horns being Defensive Back University (DBU)

Then he adds several tags that other users can search on using twitter #HookEm, #LetsRide, and #NewEra
