Baylor is going to beat the Ags this year. I don't know how many times in a row we'll beat you, but I'm guessing we win the next two.

I thought Steele was going to get us there, but now I've seen what a real football coach can do when he takes over a program. Moriss is quite possibly the best coach in the Big 12. He's a combination of Bob Stoops and Mike Leach. He rides a Harley. He's played in the NFL, and in contrast to the Aggies new coach, he has our boys playing 4 complete quarters and believing in themselves.

Now everyone knows I don't generally talk smack to Aggies. I have a lot of respect for the A&M way of life, and rural culture in general. I just have a real good feeling about this week.

Hoo-boy: one quality win and all of the sudden Baylor is a force to be reckoned with? Grady, Moriss-He-Of-The-Harley may be all that you just said, but he is also one of maybe two college football coaches whose team made ESPN's year-end all-sports highlights with The Bluegrass Miracle, and not in the good way. I cannot recall ever seeing a coach actually go into a full-blown, this-is-not-a-joke, shock-induced COMA like he did.

So, it's been a long time since I bet the farm, so here goes: There is No Way in Hell that Baylor is Going to Win against TAMU, especially at Kyle Field. Whatever you want to bet, I think I'll take it. An Aggie win in the TAMU/Baylor is as sure a thing as it gets in college football.

Also, FYI: you are officially in for a world of hurt from some of the regulars around here.

Don't know who he is, don't care. And besides the fact that puppet-talk is the weakest smack in the history of smack, he could be Geppetto for all I care: homeboy just laid down probably the stupidest prediction I've ever seen, so "lining up puppets" is code for "I'm an idiot and I don't care who knows it" as far as I can tell. I can appreciate team spirit just as much as the next guy, but guaranteeing a Bear victory at Kyle Field after the Ags got beaten is a fool's errand.

A few years ago I predicted that Mike Leach would eventually rise to a premier place in the Big 12 South. Aggies scoffed. They called me names, like "idiot" and "gay." They swore that Leach would be their "beotch."

Well, they haven't beaten Leach since.

Now I'm saying the same thing about Guy.

He will come to own A&M in a very real way.

Hope springs eternal in the buckle on the Bible belt. Waco always had every wacko religious cult in the spectrum sitting around on the hills waiting for the world to end. Now they have the Church of Grady Happenin' Now declaring that the Bears have erased 8 years of pitiful recruiting and shoddy coaching with a couple of months of instruction from their new God, Guy.

If Waco High had played as many games in the Big XII as Baylor has, they would have won as many games. Next week, they'll be running the trails of Cameron Park with their tails between their legs.
