I heard BJ on Rome. He was great. It helped me crystallize and focus my thoughts on tech, him, et al.

1. This dude rules. Very impressive. I'd never heard him speak or seen/heard an interview before.

2. The team, he says, is playing on attitude. Bad attitude. Having a chip on their collective shoulder, as BJ says, works for them. But it doesn't work for...

3. ..the tech fans, who -- judging from what I see here -- are a bunch of unlettered, small town chamber of commerce rubes.

So, good luck to the football team and symons. I don't think you'll go undefeated the rest of the way, but it wouldn't bother me now that you've humiliated us.

And a hearty "get bent" to all of little girls, uh, I mean, tech fans on Rivalries, who are trying to glom onto the team's success.

Been a Tech fan since I was three, which was a long, long time ago. So I'm sure Texas Tech now is getting a bunch of bandwagon fans, I am not one of them.

In fact, I went on record before Saturday night's game saying I'd crack on them if they won. And if we had won, I would have focused on my natural enemy, the cobra. Uh, I mean, the tsips. But to lighten up on the red plague now would be dishonest, sorta like gay-since-birth going back on his word to Q-drop if Arkansas beat tu.

I like BJ alot too, he has the perfect attitude for a QB/leader. Your comments about our fans are very valid, we have a TON of fair weather fans, I'm sure all schools have their fair share, but it gets a little worse around here...
