A couple of pretty stupid comments defending it saying that people should be able to use the "park". That would be great if it were a park. It's not. It's a memorial. Not some place for people to go throw a frisbee and let their dog ****.

edit: And to put this into context, this wasn't people just loitering or hanging out. Apparently, there were several picnics and a Karaoke contest going on.
