They are certainly nice, and you should rep every one you get, but you are far too dedicated a sports fan to accept the state of your football/basketball teams and be placated by golf. Be proud, but attempts at running Golf/swimming/diving/track title smack is pathetic all around.

I'll take 4 national championships in one year over an Elite 8 appearance. Can you name all 8 Elite teams from last year without looking it up? How about Final Four from two years ago? Champions are all people remember.

The aggie golfers and thinclads will be scrounging for scholarship money with football revenue on the decline. How's the athletic department's loan payoff going?

Poor Brandi. The realization that his Aggie football team is staring at a 5-7 season (at best) + the national embarrassment of his milkmen has left him grasping for golf & Women's T&F smack halfway thru the football season. Brandi has forgotten more about "throwing in the towel" than Sips will ever know.

In 2005, Aggies had to sweat out the UT basketball program's tournament run in fear that we would hold NC's in all 3 major sports at the same time. Get ready to relive the horror, Aggies.

I think most Aggies realize that except for the Fed Ex years when they were lucky not to get the death penalty, they are basically where they always have been.... insignificant.

Any team that Tech consistently beats can't be taken too seriously.

I can tell you that UH hs won 19 golf titles
