Buyer Dissatisfaction with Survey

I am in the process of selling a small acreage (under 4 acres) with mobile home. Contracts are signed with a closing date set. The buyer had a survey done, the results of which are not apparently finalized until after issuance of a title policy. I have never met the out-of-town buyer but am curious about this theoretical pessimistic scenario: What if the buyer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the survey and wishes to back out/renegotiate price/or demand something else from the seller as a matter of completing the sale? Anyone encountered the same or similar situation? (Also posted to Outdoors board)

Nothing is final until the wire hits your account on/after closing day. Buyers and sellers can negotiate or try to negotiate all they want, whenever they want. Doesn't mean they will be successful, but they can try. And a lot depends on the specific contracts used and items utilized within those contracts, which is a great example of your realtor doing more than just "opening doors".

I felt like after the survey and before the option period closed was the only time I really had negotiating leverage in my favor as a buyer (2022) so wouldn't be surprised if they tried to negotiate a little if there is any opportunity to do so based on what the survey turns up.

Typical TREC contract allows the buyer to object to title problems that come out as a result of the survey. If there are not any problems, there's nothing to negotiate.
