Good luck with the sale. Just curious, why would someone be enticed to buy this property? (I could see someone buying this as their primary residence if that's their price range and desired location), just curious if the thought is this would be someone's vacation property?

For me it's a place my wife and i spend about 50% of our time at. My other home is in Lafayette, LA. I am here most of the time from January to May since i work track meets at A&M and i'm only an hour away. There's so much to do here on the lake and we've made lots of friends here. There's a good mix of permanent residents here, those looking for a weekend getaway on the lake and some snowbirds who winter here. Thanks for checking out the listing.
