The oilfield has forced me to move 3 times in the past 2.5 years and once again, I am selling what I thought would be our "longtime home" due to a move to Spring. Neighbors are great, it's quiet and away from the buzz of the busy parts of BCS but close enough to not be "too far out". Lots of deer in the neighborhood. Also not here to buy but you're making the right decision. We dealt with Diesel dad being gone a lot or just staying down south until he lost his job in 2020. The kids really get bent out of shape now if he isn't home for something even though he was gone A LOT their first 5 and 10 years . He was also commuting 150 miles a day for a decade and it wasn't worth it once kids were born. Enjoy these years and then get the house. * to add your house is gorgeous and glws
