This person has lived in a specific neighborhood for 8 years. It is a mobile home community. They have painted the front door different colors over the years with no issues. There has been a new property manager the past few years and recently they put up a notice on the door that's stated they needed to paint the door a different color. This happened when the door went from a bright orange to a bright pink. This person did ignore the notice and today was given a notice of eviction! No new regulations or agreement was sent out to be signed. The old agreement that was signed did not have to this rule. Can they legally do this?

If he's being evicted, he'll find out if they can legally do that when he goes to court.

If they like living there, they should go make peace with the property manager and repaint the door.

Likely easier than dealing with the legal system even if the eviction is wrongful.
