I am considering purchasing a home in Bryan (first time buyer). I received a quote from State Farm (they currently provide my auto and renter insurance), but I am curious if I am getting the best/most competitive rate. I will gladly take any recommendations for insurance providers. I cross posted this in the Aggleland forum as well.

It is important to shop around for insurance but please make sure you get a few quotes on the actual mortgage as that has the potential to save or cost you MUCH more then the insurance piece. When you zero in on a house I would love to compete for that business.
