I've read this theoretically possible to transfer a home loan from one single family home to another, but not sure if anyone here has tried. I assume if it was feasible I would've heard a lot more about it.

Looks like the articles online refer to Canada or the UK. Got my hopes up for a minute that I could purchase a new house and keep my current interest rate.
