Who is cheapest/easiest? I'm in commercial real estate and have to take these dumbass classes every two year that are solely focused on residential real estate. I just want quick/easy/cheap. Any recommendations? Thanks.

So I'm not in commercial real estate but I'm in commercial insurance and same deal. I use webce.com and it's super easy and fast. I looked and they have a real estate one as well. You can skip straight to the tests. For the insurance one, there are 5 questions per section. If you don't get a passing grade, they give you 5 more. If you miss those, they give you the original 5 again. I can knock out 24 hours of CE in about 3 hours.

Thanks. I went ahead with 360 and knocked it out. Knocked out 15 hours in about 30 minutes and then there was a stupid class on Deeds that had a timer on each slide and wouldn't let you skip forward. I just did other work on one screen and periodically clicked "next" on the other screen. That one took an hour. So dumb that I have to "learn" that crap and it has nothing to do with my job.
