With todays mortgage rates and high inflation, will the market still look favorable in a month or two, to sell a home? Without getting into a long conversation, my mother who's homes is in question, lives with my wife & I, and we are looking into selling the family home. The house in question is located in Houston Texas, in the Oak Forest neighborhood near candlelight park, for those famliry with Houston area. A lot needs to be done before we sell, even though no one lives in it. Just needing some insight from fellow Ags, who are more real estate savvy.

Yes it is zoned with Oak Forest Elementary, as well as Frank Black Middle school and Waltrip Highschool
