I have a client that is purchasing land in Van Alstyne, TX. It's 6 acres, price is $650k, and he wants to build a custom home in 2 years. He is seeking an interest only loan on the land. Do y'all know any lenders that offer this? or something similar? Thx!!

Only local banks provide those kinds of loans.

If he's not looking to build for 2 years he's looking strictly for a land loan. I agree with Martin that a local bank is the best option, particularly if he's looking for IO.
I read he wanted to build in 2 years....just letting him know I could assist in 12 months. Time passes quickly. Relax....
