I've about decided i can't find what I'm looking for. Does anyone have a great place to find floor plans? Looking for 4000 sqft plus. Preferably farmhouse style.

I've browsed houseplans.net and found some plans I liked. They have many farmhouse styles and good filters to narrow your search.

Southern Living has lots of good looking plans. We have friends that used one & the house is pretty great.

We bought ours from Southern Living, over 20 years ago. Side note: When it came time to build, we needed multiple copies to mark up and have available for different subs. Took them down to the local place that handles large format printing and they refused due to potential copyright issues, even though I had every legal right to use those plans. We found a work around but very frustrating.
