Does anyone know where I can find a good residential lease agreement that is TX compliant? Prefer DOC/DOCX but I can convert PDF.

Everything I'm finding online is pretty basic. I've also found numerous inconsistencies.

I would not use that lease if not a member of TAR. See section 33 subset g. Essentially the lease is voidable at will and unenforceable. What are the chances that happens probably low but you are executing an unenforceable document to begin with..not worth the chance. If a lender is relying on that it can open another can of worms.
