Does anybody here live in the neighborhood? Thinking about moving there but wanted to get a better understanding of the neighborhood.

Some of Carlton Woods Creekside floods so watch out for that. The original Carlton Woods is nice and the location is fairly convenient to the rest of the Woodlands. Very quick drive to Cooper if you're thinking of that for your kids.

Thanks - is there a lot of young families in there? We have young children so trying to get a feel if it is neighborhood where there are many other elementary age (and younger) kids around.

My inlaws own a lot in Creekside but have yet to build on it. My feel is there are some young families but most of the owners are older.

The price point drives it to be more middle and high school kids but there are definitely some elementary and younger families. And you're in close proximity to plenty of neighborhoods that contain mostly younger families so you won't be far away from your kids friends. They'll just all like your house better

We live in Creekside (not the Carlton Woods - Creekside part). Lots of kids in junior high/high school live there. Not sure about elementary.

Creekside seems to be a lot more affordable than the original Carlton Woods. But as someone pointed out, Harvey did cause some flooding.

Aren't Carlton Woods and Creekside different neighborhoods? One is $1MM - $7MM and the other under $1MM?

Carlton Woods is generally the priciest, but there is some overlap.

There is a Carlton Woods - Creekside section. It's roughly $1.5-4ish.

Regular Creekside is ~$400k to $1.5mm ish.

This is correct...Carlton Woods (in Montgomery County), Carlton Woods - Creekside (in Harris County), and the Village of Creekside (also in Harris County). All are part of The Woodlands Township.
