I did a quick search and didn't find much...Im insurance shopping for a commercial property in Huntsville thats under contract. Does anyone have a recommendation of an agent or company that they've dealt with? Im in BCS and prefer to Have a local office that I can drop into if need be. But am open to other recs. Figured I'd ask here before calling random agents. TIA

I do commercial insurance for real estate. The vast majority of what we do is multi-family and hospitality but I can do the occasional one off type of deal. Just to be up front, I have limited markets depending on the size since most of my carriers are looking for $25K+ in premium given our focus, but I have some that might be an option for you.
