Of the folks that originate mortgages here, do any of you work in New Mexico? Can you fund through an LLC? I'm looking at a second home in Albuquerque and would like to buy it through an LLC for possible future investment/rental purposes.

Thanks for the rec! We DO lend to LLC's with our portfolio products but unfortunately do not lend in New Mexico. We lend in TX, CO, LA, AL, GA, FL, VA, PA, IA, OR, WA and ID.

I lend in NM. Not funding an LLC though,,,,,Contact info is in my profile if that is not a deal breaker.
