I've been trying to call these yahoo's for the last month and a half.

But they have such a terrible phone system/answering service that I either get a recording saying "we are unable to answer your call or take a message" and then it proceeds to just have the beep, beep, beep when you re-dial.

Anyone have any ideas on how to contact TREC? I've emailed them via their website and posted email addresses and still haven't gotten a reply (even checking the spam folder)

I am just wondering if there are exceptions to get their 96 hours of Continuing education requirements waived if you have prior completed course work from a graduate program.

It's hit or miss with them. I've had them answer in 30 seconds and I've been on hold for 30 minutes before. Keep trying. You might also call Champions School of Real Estate. They know more than TREC I've come to learn.

I did the same thing a few years ago. I was only able to get ahold of them the minute they opened (b/c realtors arent up that early) and ten minutes before close (b/c realtors work at that time.)

I've never waited less that 30 minutes for them to pick up. I've never spent more than 5 minutes on the phone with them. I've never had a single question answered with any one I spoke with.

It an abhorrent bureaucracy.

Call them the minute they open, works every time.

Put it on speaker phone while you work and just keep redialing.

I seriously think their phone system only transfers calls that have been waiting a minimum of 30 minutes. I've had this issue in the past with them. They are terrible

I got so fed up with their phone system, mail system I would drive up to Austin to deal with things/drop off things in person.

That's nuts.

That reminds me of when I was on hold with Scott & White insurance. They picked up after exactly 3 Hours!
