Janell Callihan with Keller Williams is my go to for residential property. She is extremely good at what she does, been at it a long time and will fight rather aggressively for the buyer. She has been the guiding force for a few of my clients being able to close on time when title and lender issues arise (which they do.)

I almost used Cathy Cole. She's the buyer agent that works with Rianne Sanchez. Another Ag gave the name as a recommendation. We spoke a couple of times for a good bit, and there was an instant comfort level. She started sending home searches right away to help understand what we were looking for. Ultimately, I bought a new build in a community off Grand Parkway outside of the Woodlands using an agent that rebated me 2.5% of her commission so went that route. Had I decided on an existing home, it would have been Cathy no question.
